Hot taste sample is diluted by sugar added water.
5 panelist taste the sample.
Dilute sample until panelist don’t taste its hotness.
If dilution ratio is 1,000, SHU = 1,000
<Problem>
Very subjective.
Difficult to taste hot taste sample repeatedly.
